foam stamps

I want the stars I paint on the curtains to be somewhat even, so I decided to make stamps with foam sheets from the craft store.

I started with a 6mm thick foam sheet and some cookie cutters.

I pressed them into the foam and traced over the impressions with a pen.

My husband helped cut them out since I was getting jagged edges. Somehow he got smooth edges.

I will glue them to a cardboard box when I find one I can cut up.

Then I will be ready to stamp away on the curtains. My husband is going to look for a box that isn’t needed at work and hopefully I can finish the stamps when he gets home from work and stamp after the kids go to bed.
