Although I am not making the copycat caramel delight cookies today I did toast the coconut so I can skip that step when I do make them in the next day or two.
I spread the entire contents of the bag on a pan lined with parchment paper. ( the directions say 3 cups but I’m sure it was close)
And roasted them for 20 min. in a 300 degree oven, stirring every 5 min.
