I can tell you for sure they aren’t as nice looking as actual caramel delights.
I started by melting the caramel and mixing in the coconut.
It would have went on nicer if the coconut was a bit finer graded/chopped.
When that set I spread melted chocolate on the bottoms.
And drizzled it on top.
They taste good but nothing like the real caramel delights. If I bake them longer and use finer coconut they should be alot better. If I make theese again I will want someone to help me.
