Pupmkin pie.

Last night I made butter pie crust, and refrigerated it as the directions say. (there are several butter crust recipes all over the internet)


After setting it out to get to room temperature so I could roll it out I made the filling (also a recipe from the internet)


It’s in the oven now. I haven’t made a pie in a long time, let alone roasted my own pumpkins.
