Papa M.

I have eaten my fair share of pizza, and even though I have a great crust recipe I wanted to try another recipe for something different, when I was looking I found a copy cat Papa Murphy’s recipe. The kids love Papa Murphy’s pizzas, so I knew this was the one to try.

1 1/4 cups warm water

1 packet active dry yeast

1 1/4 tablespoon sugar

3 1/4 flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

Dissolve sugar and yeast in water. Add salt and flour. Knead until well mixed. Spread onto greased pan. Add toppings as desired. Bake at 425 for about 18 min. or until cheese is melted.
